Appraiser Registration

Arivs is an appraisal management company serving the valuation needs of banking and mortgage communities throughout the United States. We are currently seeking appraisers to join our appraisal network. Arivs requires that interested appraisers provide the following documentation in addition to filling out the application form at the bottom of the page:

  • A current resume including all employment for the prior five years, plus a listing of professional education classes taken for licensing or continuing education within the last two years. The resume should note what percentage of time was devoted to the appraisal of real property for each employment period.
  • Two PDF copies of sample appraisals.
  • Coverage area.
  • Provide a copy of the current state license or certification for the states you are licensed in.
  • Attach a copy of Errors and Omissions Insurance policy.
  • Disclose if he/she, or the firm by which they are currently employed, has ever been involved in a lawsuit (pending or resolved) where the complaint was a regulatory agency or other institution.
  • W-9 form.

Arivs will review all applications. Notification of an appraisers acceptance to Arivs' fee panel will be e-mailed along with a user name and password which will allow the appraiser to log on to the Arivs appraisal tracking system. Instructions for working with Arivs and how to use the appraisal tracking software can be found at the Getting Started web page at Arivs' web site. As an approved independent appraiser, you will be eligible to receive orders from Arivs while maintaining your independent status and continuing to service your existing clients.
